They came out and trimmed up the tress and bushes, and respected the things we did not want cut. We loved it. They were polite.

I really meant to write this review sooner, but better late than never. Last October I had Terry and his crew out to remove a stump,several old large bushes, trim all the rest of them, as well as clean out the beds. I asked them to do a few small tasks and they completed them quickly and with a smile. Their customers service was excellent and price very reasonable compared to other quotes.

They arrived early and got right to work. They trimmed about 14 of our trees and pruned where needed. They took a lot of mistletoe out of one of our biggest trees. These trees are over our pool and they did a nice job of cleaning that up as well.

We needed a huge tree stump taken out of our backyard in short notice, called Early Bird and they were at our house within an hour. Terry was very nice and courteous. I told him he didn't have to fill in the dirt and he did anyway to make sure it looked nice when he left. My neighbor saw what was going on and even asked him to come trim up his tree, which Terry did right after he was finished with our stump. Oh, and this was all done at about 7pm in the cold dark! Crew went right to work when they arrived. Had them remove one large tree and several small trees along with trimming limbs away from our house. The crew cleaned up the yard of all limbs and even cleaned the leaves from our flower beds.

Excellent customer service. Called on Saturday morning and early that afternoon had an estimate of the cost to trim several trees. I agreed to the reasonable cost and then it was completed later that afternoon. Great job for a great price. Even trimmed my hedges for free. Definitely recommend Early Bird!!
